Since 2002, Jean-Christophe has built his career in the commercial real estate sector. He began at SOFILO (a subsidiary of EDF), before joining the Ærium Group in 2005, where he contributed to the opening of Ærium Finance Ltd in London. In 2006, he joined the Australian company General Property Trust in London, where he led pan-European acquisitions and later became President of the French office.
In 2011, Jean-Christophe joined ACOFI (now SIENNA AM) as Head of Fund Management, and in 2017 moved to La Française Real Estate Partners (now La Française REM) as Senior Investment Manager, responsible for acquisitions and capital raising from both French and international institutional investors.
In 2021, he broadened his responsibilities by becoming Managing Director-Investment at Paref Group (a subsidiary of Fosun HIVE Capital Mgt), before being appointed CEO of PAREF Investment Management, Head of Development and Investment, and a member of the Executive Committee (ComEx).
In the second quarter of 2025, Jean-Christophe co-founded AIRE Capital Partners with Lionel Lacroix, a venture specialized in Value-Add real estate strategies.
Jean-Christophe has been involved in the acquisition of c. €4.5 billion worth of assets, including Office, Retail, Hospitality, and Industrial & Logistics, primarily across Continental Europe.
Jean-Christophe holds an MSc (MSc MUI – Finance & Real Estate) from ESSEC Business School, is a member of RICS and holds the AMF certification.
He taught in the Master 2 program (Master DFII) at the Faculty of Law of Cergy-Pontoise for six years alongside his professional responsibilities.
