Active in the commercial real estate sector since 1996, Lionel spent 17 years at Cromwell Property Group (formerly Valad Europe), where he held successive positions in London and Paris, as Senior Asset Manager and Investment Director.
In 2015, Lionel joined Foncière Magellan as Key Accounts Director.
He has notably invested and enhanced the value of over €1.3 billion in business parks and light industrial assets on behalf of both domestic and international institutional investors.
In the second quarter of 2025, Lionel co-founded AIRE Capital Partners with Jean-Christophe Caron-Telders, a venture specialized in Value-Add real estate strategies.
Lionel holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Grenoble and ISG.
He has been a RICS member since 2012, serves as a jury Chairman, and holds the AMF certification.
